The Restoration of Education grading system is based on a variety of measurements listed here:

- The ability to homeschool without government interference.

To receive an “A”, the state must show a large number of students receiving state tax dollars to fund their education program of choice and permit homeschooling or religious exemptions without government interference. Grading evaluations are conducted by a research team and experts in the field of education policy.
